My journey on the path of Yoga has been quite unconventional. More than 27 years ago I embraced Kundalini Yoga considering Shiva and yogic scriptures as my guiding stars. What ensued was quite unexpected and fascinating - an intense Shaktipata from my Ishtam at Tryambakeshwara Shiva temple followed by Kundalini awakening and a series of visions, dreams, and upadesha guiding me in my endeavour.
This online course is a humble effort to share with you a few yogic principles and practices that, I believe, will be helpful to you in your yogic and spiritual pursuit. As a part of the online course you are taught a set of meditative practices or Kriyas, each consisting of a specific breathing pattern, mantra, mudra, and meditation. This course aims at developing your personal daily meditation routine of 20 to 30 minutes.
This online course is conducted using our Online Meeting Platform and Discussion Forum. I am quite selective about accepting registration requests due to my other schedules and limited time availability. Yoga requires regular practice, patience, and perseverance to bring about the intended results. Check whether you have what it takes to walk the path of kriya and meditation before you decide to join.
I would suggest that you practice the basic technique of Ajapa Meditation as outlined in the quick start guide
for at least one month before filling the enquiry form. General awareness about meditation, Shiva-Shakti metaphore, Kundalini, and Chakras would be beneficial for taking this course. Devotional attitude towards Shiva and his yogic teachings is required.
